All orders are video recorded during packaging and labeling to insure accurate shipping. 

ALL POKEMON PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL AND NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN OR REFUND UNLESS DAMAGED.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items must be reported within 8 hours of the package being marked as delivered by the delivery carrier.
